WWII US Fighter Aces Jack Mankin, Joe Robbins & Richard May Signed Photos. These photos do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). These signed photo are copies of the actual period photo. The signatures are original. The approximate size is 8 x 10 inches. Good overall condition. Captain Jack Cyril Mankin (June 12, 1921 – January 31, 2002) was a highly decorated United States Army Air Forces fighter pilot who achieved the prestigious status of "Flying Ace" during World War II. Lieutenant Commander Joe Draper Robbins (March 24, 1921 – December 12, 2007) was a distinguished United States Navy fighter pilot and officially recognized "Fighter Ace" during World War II. Commander Richard Hobbs "Dick" May was a decorated United States Navy fighter pilot and "Flying Ace" who served during World War II. He is best known for his aerial victories while flying the Grumman F6F Hellcat.
