WWII US Fighter Aces Geoffrey Page, Bob Owens & John Mitchell Signed Photos. These photos do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). These signed photo are copies of the actual period photo. The signatures are original. The approximate size is 8 x 10 inches. Good overall condition. Wing Commander Alan Geoffrey Page (May 16, 1920 – August 3, 2000) was one of the most remarkable and resilient Royal Air Force (RAF) fighter aces of World War II. Wing Commander Geoffrey Page is famous as a WWII Royal Air Force fighter ace, for surviving severe burns after being shot down in the Battle of Britain. Major General Robert Gordon "Bob" Owens Jr. (February 13, 1917 – October 31, 2007) was a highly decorated United States Marine Corps fighter pilot and World War II "flying ace" who later rose to the rank of Major General. Colonel John William Mitchell (June 14, 1914 – November 15, 1995) was a highly decorated USAF Officer and flying ace best known for planning and leading Operation Vengeance—the successful World War II mission to intercept and shoot down the commander-in-chief of the Japanese Combined Fleet, Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto.
