WWII US Fighter Aces Hugh Winters, Griff Williams & Scott McCuskey Signed Photos. These photos do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). These signed photo are copies of the actual period photo. The signatures are original. The approximate size is 8 x 10 inches. Good overall condition. Captain Theodore Hugh "Hugh" Winters Jr. (March 11, 1913 – April 25, 2008) was a highly decorated US Navy fighter pilot and flying ace of World War II. Major Griffith Paul "Griff" Williams (July 10, 1920 – August 14, 1998) was a prominent U.S. Army Air Forces pilot during World War II. He is best known for his participation in the legendary Doolittle Raid and his subsequent survival as a German Prisoner of War (POW). Lieutenant (j.g.) E. Scott McCuskey was an American naval aviator who served as a fighter pilot during World War II, primarily flying the Grumman F4F Wildcat.
