WWII German Knights Cross Recipients Kurt DoBratz, Helmut Eberspacher & Willi Koch Signed Auto Photos. These photos do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). These signed photo are copies of the actual period photo. The signature is original. The approximate size is 8 x 10 inches. Good overall condition. Kapitän zur See Dr. Kurt Dobratz (April 9, 1904 – December 21, 1996) was a highly decorated German naval officer who served as a U-boat commander during World War II. Notably, he became the final Commanding Admiral of the U-boats in the closing days of the war. Helmut Eberspächer served in the Wehrmacht as a fighter pilot. A flying ace, he was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross, the highest award in the military and paramilitary forces of Nazi Germany during World War II. Oberfeldwebel Willi Koch was a highly decorated non-commissioned officer and paratrooper (Fallschirmjäger) in the German Luftwaffe during World War II.
