WWII 1945 USMC Marine Corps 3rd Marine Division Signed Letter & Patch MG Erskine. 1945 Letter from Major General Graves B. Erskine to the recipient who requested a shoulder patch. Overall, excellent condition. Information found on the internet: General Graves Blanchard Erskine (June 28, 1897–May 21, 1973) was a US Marine Corps officer who led the 3rd Marine Division during the Battle of Iwo Jima in WWII.
