WWII Boxed Presidential Medal For Merit consisting of the VHB marked slot brooch medal, Bailey, Banks, and Biddle (BB&B) Co. Philadelphia marked Rosette, and ribbon bar in the original labeled box of issue. The date portion of the label is missing, and the box has tape marks on the top and bottom.
