Original WWII issue government hand engraved Killed In Action Purple Heart to Pvt. Lewis A. Watts Jr. of Richmond, Virginia who was killed on September 25th, 1944 while serving with the 141st Infantry Regiment, 36th Infantry Division, and is buried at Epinal (Vosges), France. Lot comes with the medal and case, as well as a printed detail card.
