Description
WWII German Knights Cross Recipients Gustav Harteneck, Gunther Hannak & Adolf Glunz Signed Auto Photos. These photos do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). These signed photo are copies of the actual period photo. The signature is original. The approximate size is 8 x 10 inches and 8.5 x 11 inches. Good overall condition. Gustav Harteneck (July 27, 1892 – January 13, 1984) was a high-ranking German cavalry officer and general in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He achieved the rank of General of the Cavalry and was best known for commanding the I Cavalry Corps on the Eastern Front. Günther Hannak was a German fighter ace in the Luftwaffe during World War II who achieved 47 aerial victories. Born on December 12, 1921, he flew approximately 300 combat sorties, scoring 35 of his victories on the Eastern Front. Adolf "Addi" Glunz (June 11, 1916 – August 1, 2002) was a German military aviator and fighter ace in the Luftwaffe during World War II. He is particularly famous for a remarkable achievement: flying hundreds of combat missions without ever being shot down or wounded.
