Description
WWII 1945 4th Armored Division BG William M. Hoge Letter, Censored Envelope & Patch. Letter from Brigadier General William Hoge (later in career General in October 1953) to the recipient who requested a shoulder patch. The envelope is also censored signed by BG Hoge. Overall, very good condition. From the internet: General Hoge was a highly decorated senior US Army officer who fought with distinction in WWI, WWII and the Korean War, with a military career spanning nearly 40 years.
