WWII Named Legion of Merit US Army Signal Corps Colonel Medal Archive. Huge group named to Army Signal Corps Colonel Raymond C. Hildreth. Hildreth served during WWI and WWII. In WWI he spent time overseas in France. During WWII, Hildreth was stationed in the ETO overseas in England and France. Included in this group: boxed medals to include named and engraved Legion of Merit, named and engraved Bronze Star Medal, WWI Victory Medal with bars / Ribbon with 4 battle stars, 1939 France Croix de guerre Medal, EAME Medal, Army Occupation Germany Medal, American Campaign Medal, American Defense Medal, WWII Victory Medal, Scrapbook with news clippings, Memorial Tribute for funeral at Arlington National Cemetery, patch, rank insignia, photos, promotion document, citation, name desk plaque and a bunch of copied medical papers.
