Description
Huge WWII lot to a Soldier and his brother in law, one in the 8th Armored Division (Engineers), and the other in the 29th Infantry Division as a replacement after D-Day. Included are the 8th Armored Division Soldiers numbered WWII Purple heart (unofficially and lightly etched with his name on the back) with his name written in the case, orders for the medal, various documents and papers, patches, pins, etc. Also two excellent condition uniform jackets without insignia, war map, mosquito net, guide books, lighter, and much more. A large archive to one family!
