WWII German K.M.W. Kriegsmarinewerftpolizei Naval Shipyard Police at St. Nazairre France Sign. Unfortunately, we are unable to add more information regarding the positive identification of this item. This will make a nice research project for those who know German signs during WWII. Paint missing throughout and a piece of the metal is missing. See pictures for the exact condition.
