WWII 1941 Named Press Pass Army Forces Far East Manila P.I. Chicago Tribune. Named to Vicente Albano Pacis who worked for the Chicago Tribune in the 1940s. This pass is By Command of Lt. General Douglas MacArthur. Stamped and embossed. Good used condition.
