WWII 1944 Women’s Royal Navy Naval Service HMS Cochrane Document. Named to Pamela V. Allen on her appointment as Third Officer of the Women’s Royal Naval Service (W.R.N.S.). The HMS Cochrane II was the Rosyth supply and accounting base for tenders between 1940 and 1945. Good condition for the time period.
