WWII 1943 Navy Named Dr. And Commander Signed Officers Appreciation. Named to Dr. Wallace L. Poole. From a basic internet search, Poole was a Navy Commander. He was commissioned soon after the war in the Navy medical department. He was attached to the Naval Hospital at Norfolk, Virginia. 50 plus signatures. This certificate would make a great research project. Size is 8 x 12. Nice readable condition.
