WWII 20th Army Air Force group from Staff Sergeant Robert G. Rehder of Illinois who flew aboard B-29s in the 20th AAF in the Pacific. He was a Right Waist Gunner aboard the “Lady Jean” of the 39th Bomb Squadron, 6th Bomb Group. Lot includes his boxed Distinguished Flying Cross (wrap brooch frosted thick planchette), sterling 20th AAF DUI, 2 sets of clutch back 3 inch Aircrew wings (one marked sterling), campaign medals in boxes, engraved Good Conduct Medal, wrap brooch Air Medal in box, engraved 1/20th 12K gold ID bracelet, custom made silver stamped skull ring, unmarked expert marksman badge, extra oak leaf clusters, and misc. insignia. Comes with a copy of his DFC card.
