Description
WWII Era Cased Numbered Purple Heart with Lapel Pin. Slot Brooch. Not named, but numbered. Number: 338268. Based on this number most likely produced by Rex Products Co. in 1942-1943. Overall, the Purple Heart is in nice condition. The inside of the PH case looks good. The outside of the case could use a cleaning.
