Description
1911 H.M.S. Thunderer Battleship Launching Souvenir. The H.M.S. Thunderer was an Orion Class battleship launched in 1911, which fought at Jutland 1916, and was broken up in 1927. Approximate size is 14.5 x 14.75 inches. The piece itself shows signs of foxing and a couple small holes. This piece was previously placed in plastic because it appears that the piece was originally in a frame based on the backing paper and appears to be tissue thin. Still a nice piece of history.
