Description
Box with illustration of Churchill looking statesman on front and back. Sides read: Blows Smoke Rings When Cigar Is Lit!. Full standing figure illustration reads: The Smoking Statesman Amusing Novelty! Actually Puffs Smoke And Blows Cigar Rings When Cigar Is Lit A Cleveland Novelty. The box is worn from handling and age. The figure itself measures 2.75 inches tall. The painted bisque figure holds only a stub of a cigar in his mouth. Painted black suit with black tie, eyebrows and eyes. Light wear to paint. Uncertain how novelty is able to blow smoke rings, since the long cigar does not exist. Approximate size of the box is 1 x 1.75 x 3.25 inches.
