Description
Original WWII Manhattan Project / District development of the Atomic Bomb participation group to Frederick A. White, a professor at the University of Rochester who worked in the program. Included is his August 6th, 1945 dated Army Service Forces Corps of Engineers Manhattan District certificate signed by Secretary of War Henry Stimson, the accompanying bronze A Bomb pin, the envelope of issue, a 1942 US Army Ordnance Department certificate, and an early photo of White. Good condition items suitable for a nice display.
