Defense Map of the United States showing The Mobilization of our Military and Economic Resources. Prepared by C.S. Hammond & CO., N.Y. Circa 1942. Color Map. Picture map of the United States, issued shortly after America joined World War II, following Pearl Harbor. The map shows army and navy facilities and defense industries. Shows military insignia and has illustrations of the weapons of war. Approximate size is 32 x 22 inches. Condition is good with foxing from age and crease tears. Otherwise, nice display condition.
