Description
Late 1800s Meerschaum Hand Carved Tobacco Pipe. This particular pipe features an intricate figural carving. This pipe looks like it is depicting animals. Meerschaum is a porous mineral that absorbs oils and tobacco resins, causing it to develop a rich, dark brown patina over time with use. Condition is “as shown”. This piece is only the meerschaum pipe bowl; it is completely missing its stem. Aside from the missing stem we are not sure if other parts from the pipe are missing.
