Description
Vietnam Era 4th Infantry Division Group. This group includes a 1969 Zippo Lighter, Photos and CIB. Shown on one side is the Army’s 4th Infantry Division and on the reverse 1/35th Infantry Echo Regiment, also known as "The Cacti". There are (20) Vietnam era polarized photos with gun trucks. Based on one of the photos a sign shows the 704th Maintenance Battalion. The 704th Maintenance Battalion deployed to Vietnam on September 8, 1966, and departed on December 7, 1970. Assigned to the 4th Infantry Division, the battalion played a critical role in keeping vehicles, weaponry, and equipment operational across the Central Highlands and South China Sea. The lighter does not spark. Otherwise, the lighter is in very good condition.
