Description
1966 Walt Rostow National Security Advisor Signed First Day Cover FDC Card. The stamped card includes a facsimile signature from President Johnson and an ink signature of Walt Rostow the Presidents National Security Advisor from 1966-1969. The card itself is stamped with a 5-cent postage stamp commemorating Humane Treatment of Animals, postmarked April 9, 1966, in New York. Approximate size is 5 x 7 inches. Overall, very good condition for its age. From the internet: During WWII, Rostow served in the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) under General William Donovan. There is no Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that comes with this item.
