Description
WWII 3rd Army General George Patton Battle Of The Bulge Original Prayer Card. General George Patton’s famous Battle of the Bulge prayer card and Christmas Greeting to his troops featured a request for fair weather, written by his Chief Chaplain James O’Neill, printed in 250,000 copies for the Third Army, and credited with helping clear the skies for Allied air support during the critical winter offensive. The card, featuring Patton’s signature and a militant prayer asking God to stop the rains, significantly boosted troop morale and enabled crucial operations against German forces. Approximate size is 3.5 x 6.5 inches. Overall, good readable condition with dog eared corners and one corner missing a piece.
