WWII 1945 Army 38th Infantry Division MG Chase Signed Letter. This letter was in response to the recipient requesting a patch. Interesting content written in the letter. Information found on the internet. Major General William Curtis Chase (March 9, 1895-August 21, 1986) was an American soldier and General in the first half of the 20th century. He is best known for his service in the South West Pacific Area during WWII and in the Occupation of Japan.
