1917 Elgin National Watch Co. Pocket Watch Movement (19566570) & Dial for parts or repair. Grade 315 is a 15 jewel Openface watch maufacturered by Elgin. The size 12s (1.567 inches), Model 3 movement features a nickel finish. The working condition has not been checked. This piece may need service due to the age and wear. You are bidding on this item as is. Look at all the photos provided for the actual item and condition of this piece. Note: the dial is not blue, but actually white. The lighting when the photo was taken created the color.
