Description
WWII 1945 Aircraft Recognition Poster titled He knows the Japs…do you?. The poster features Bomber Japanese Frances, Night Fighter Japanese Irving & Fighter Lockheed P-38 Lightening. This was a Bureau of Naval Personal Training AIDS. NAVPERS. Produced by US Government Printing Office. One of a series of WWII aircraft recognition training charts. This chart shows a silhouette of an Allied aircraft and an Axis aircraft. At the bottom is an Answer Lift Flap that can be lifted giving descriptions and information necessary to distinguish between the aircrafts. The approximate size is 11 x 14 inches. Good overall condition for its age. The poster may have soiling, rounded/dog eared corners and creases due to handling.
