1968 Vietnam New York Conspicuous Service Cross Named Medal & Certificate. Named to Army Sgt. (later Lt. Col.) Rufus W. Ashby. Ashby served during WWII, Korea and Vietnam. The certificate is numbered 14936. No makers mark. Overall, good condition.
