Published by Gladstone Publishing. Don Rosa (born June 29, 1951), is an American comic book writer and illustrator known for his Disney comics stories about Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck, and other characters. A certificate of authenticity does not accompany this piece. This piece measures approximately 10 x 6.75 inches. We do not grade comic books, but would say this comic book is in excellent condition because it has been bagged and boarded.
