All Dogs Go To Heaven Matted Production Animation Cel. This particular cel features Itchy and Charles B Charlie Barkin. Since each piece is matted we are unable to see the reverse of the image. A certificate of authenticity does not accompany this piece. The piece measures approximately 14 x 11 inches (border), and 9.25 x 6.25 inches (image). Very good overall condition.
