Description
Alois Berndl (December 16, 1918-July 18, 1996) was a WWII Luftwaffe Stuka fighter pilot. Berndl had 66 victories. Heinrich Meyering (November 30th, 1919-July 13th, 2003) completed a total of 972 combat missions with the Ju 87 and was one of the most successful Stuka pilots in SG-2. He was awarded the Knights Cross after flying 895 sorties. He along with his radio operator (Willibald Zipfel) were the only Stuka NCOs to receive the Knights Cross on April 6, 1944. These signed photos are copies of actual period photos. The signatures are original. The approximate sizes are 8 x 10 inches. These photos are in nice condition.
