Description
POW German Safe Conduct Propaganda Leaflet. This Safe Conduct propaganda pass was for a German soldier who wished to turn himself into the Allied occupiers of Germany. This piece gives instructions in both German and English. There are two stamped Dwight Eisenhower signatures. Issued in 1944, this leaflet features a list of the six fundamental rights of prisoners of war. Approximate size is 8.5 x 5.25 inches. The piece is in good overall readable condition with foxing due to age and handling.
