Description
WWII Era 79th Fighter Group Photo Lot of 16. The 79th Fighter Group began in May 1942. They served in the Mediterranean Theater of Operations during WWII. During this time they were attached to the 9th and 12th Air Force. These photos came together and show bombing mission, German crashed plane, Nose Art, Germans, plus more. Various sizes. Good condition for their ages.
