Description
Original WWII jacket and pants of US Army Brigadier General Edwin Zundel, one of the 59 Generals produced from the West Point Class of 1915 (The Class The Stars Fell On). In WWII he served as the Commanding General of the Sixth Army Artillery and later 41st Division Artillery Commander in the Pacific.The stars are period pin backs, and the right shoulder has a 41st Division patch. The ribbons are sewn on, and the inner pocket shows a faded name tag. The pants clearly have his name penned inside. A digital only copy of his Silver Star citation is shown in the last photo.
