1920 Russian Civil War Temporary Certificate for Refugee Daughters. Temporary certificate in lieu of a passport issued to refugee Russian family of a Russian sea Captain. This certificate allows the daughters to attend French schools. This certificate is a temporary legal document to give them legal status during the time of extreme upheaval in Russia. Written in French with original photos and stamps. Brown spotting throughout the document.
