Original 1950 dated custom Ronson lighter as shown, with engravings to include sterling on one side. Good condition. Unknown if it works. Lt. Col. Paul B. Lowry was Court Martialed in 1952 as Commander of the Japan Central Exchange in relation to dealings with the Korean Black Market.
