Description
Original 1920 dated Chinese pass for US Officer Robert A. McClure who was stationed with the 15th US Infantry in Tientsin, China. Good condition with his photo and Chinese translation on the reverse. Robert A. McClure would go on to become a Major General, serving as the head of Psychological Warfare for SHAEF in Europe During WWII. Later he would be the Chief of the Military Mission to Iran in the early 1950s.
