Description
POW German Safe Conduct Propaganda Leaflet. This Safe Conduct propaganda pass was for a German soldier who wished to turn himself into the Allied occupiers of Germany. This piece gives instructions in both German and English. There are two stamped Dwight Eisenhower signatures. Issued in 1945, this leaflet features a list of the six fundamental rights of prisoners of war. Approximate size is 8.5 x 5.25 inches. The overall condition is good for its age with folds and a small hole from use and foxing due to age.
