Description
Army Lt. General Ralph Canine Signed Photo. Ralph Julian Canine (November 9, 1895 – March 8, 1969) was a lieutenant general in the United States Army and the first director of the National Security Agency. Canine participated in WWI and WWII. He held the following commands: National Security Agency, Armed Forces Security Agency, and the 1st Infantry Division. Awards he earned were the following: Army Distinguished Service Medal (2), Silver Star, and Legion of Merit. The approximate size of the piece is 11 x 14 inches. Matte on heavy cardboard. Nice signed piece.
