1931 & 1935 US Navy Submarine Neptunus Rex Pearl Harbor Oahu Hawaii Certificates. Named to Virgil S. Porter who was aboard the submarines USS S-42 and USS S-23 that crossed Pearl Harbor and Keana Point off of Oahu, Hawaii. The USS S-42 certificate is in nice condition while the USS S-23 certificate has rough edges.
