Mobile Base Hospital was located in Nantes, France; which was a Type A Unit. This report include an 11 page typed summary of the day to day activities from December 1918 through March 1919. The other report (4 pages) is titled, An Epidemic of Typhoid Fever Treated at Mobile Hospital #11 While Stationed at Donjeux, Haute Marne, France. Excellent readable condition.
