WWII 442nd RCT Japanese American Combat Team Italy Unit History Booklet & Map. The story of the 442nd Combat Team Unit History Book. Go For Broke. Composed of the 442nd Infantry Regiment, 522nd Field Artillery Batt, and 232nd Combat Engineer Company. The regiment is best known as the most decorated in U.S. military history and as a fighting unit composed almost entirely of second-generation American soldiers of Japanese ancestry who fought in World War II. Published by Information- Education Section, MTOUSA. 44 pages. The approximate size of the map is 15 x 15.5 inches. Good readable condition for its age.
