Description
USN Navy Vice Admiral Officers Command At Sea Flag. You will receive a MODIFIED Rear Admirals Officers stitched stars onto the nylon fabric flag. The approximate size is 20.5 x 34 inches. Size 7 Type 1 Class 2. The header and the rope on the flag are in good used condition. 2 stars are cloth. The 3rd star is nylon since this flag was MODIFIED into a Vice Admiral from a Rear admiral flag. The flag itself is in good condition with a tiny hole on the blue field and wear on 2 stars.
