Original Named WWII USMC Purple Heart Grouping – Charles E. Kling. Type 1 Navy Style Purple Heart, Type 1 purple case, Boxed Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, Boxed WWII Victory Medal, 2nd Marine Division Patch, wide Three place Ribbon Bar, and Original Award Document for the Purple Heart which was folded in the box for a long time. It appears that he was wounded on Saipan.
