Description
WWI 468th Aero Squadron, AEF group to one Soldier who detailed his travels to France in an easy to read journal pocket journal. He talked about life on the ship, arriving in Ireland, English women, seeing German prisoners, the "down hearted" attitude at the Front, and more. The journal ends as he arrived at his airfield in France. Also a number of original personal war photos and some from published sets. His pay card, dog tags, patches (rare First Army variation) and more.
