WWII USAAF Army Air Force Souvenir of Tripoli Banner Pillow Cover. Dated 23-1-1943. this souvenir commemorates when Montgomery ordered a huge victory parade in Tripoli on 23 January 1943. Campaigns of Bengasi, Tunisia, Tobrule and El Alamein are also bordered around the edges. Muslin fabric on the reverse. Approximate Size: 16 x 19 inches. Nice condition for its age.
