Description
Original 1930s government hand engraved numbered and engraved Purple Heart to Pvt. Joseph C. Furdell of Kenmore, NY who served in Co. C., 312th Infantry, 78th Division in France in WWI. The medal numbered 45231, is a split brooch, and the ribbon may be a later re-ribbon given the color.
