Russia Russian Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky City Flag. Nylon printed flag. Approximate size is 34 x 52 inches. Flag of city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in Kamchatka Territory was adopted in 18-oct-2006. Flag is divided by wavy line (symbolizing seaport). The white field is pictured with the city’s coat of arms. Shield has three active volcano peaks. Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky is a city located in Asia, in the Far East in Russia, in the southeastern part of the Kamchatka Peninsula, on the shores of the Avacha Bay of the Pacific Ocean. It is the administrative center of Kamchatka Krai. Excellent condition.
