Offered is a USCG Coast Guard Ensign Flag & National Vice or Rear Commodore Auxiliary Pennant. Approximate size of the cloth flag is 31 x 50 inches and the nylon pennant is 11 x 24 inches. Both items have headers and grommets. The cloth flag is in salty used condition and the pennant is in very good condition. The USCG flag is made by ANNIN NYLANIN Bunting. The purpose of the flag is to allow ship captains to easily recognize those vessels having legal authority to stop and board them. This flag is flown only as a symbol of law enforcement authority and is never carried as a parade standard. The USCG Auxiliary Pennant is produced by Hortie-Van.
